APRIL 30: VBS Training Night, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. - learn about everything from teaching and facilitating to food and T-shirts! MAY 3: Lansing DAZE festival! We will have an information table set up from 9 am – 3 pm. Enjoy food, a craft show, car show, children’s inflatable rides, art show, and a quilt show! Sign up in the foyer to help for an hour or two. MAY 11: Potluck at the Community Center (no potluck on May 4th) MAY 11: Cake auction youth fundraiser - Anne Barfoot's best, decorated by our youth - what more could you want? MAY 25: Paradise '08 Sunday worship service at LeCygne, KS for youth; will stop for lunch and dinner on the way JUNE 14: Our first "Second Saturday" service, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. JULY 7-11: "Super Summer" camp for youth JULY 7-11: KCKids Adventure Camp for 3rd-6th graders at New Hope Baptist Camp in Holt, MO - sponsored by the Kansas City Kansas Baptist Association AUGUST 29-30: Rock the Light concert (discounted tickets if bought by June 1) |
